Sales Executive - German/Polish/Spanish speakers - Based in London

RationalFX is one of the Europe’s largest non-bank payments provider helping more than 15000 clients (businesses and private clients). The company handles over $1billion in payments every year.

We are currently expanding our activities in Europe and are looking for excellent Sales people. The position is based in London and offers possibility of quick career advancement in one of the UK’s fastest growing company.

The ideal candidate will be fluent (native-level) in one of the languages - German/Polish/Spanish, ambitious with excellent sales and communication skills. The candidate also needs to have a strong work ethic and be motivated to succeed and posses a mature approach to work within a small team. Experience in financial services industry will be an advantage, but is not essential. Successful candidates will undergo intensive training on FX markets and then work on targets alongside UK Sales team.

- The position requires making outbound calls in Europe to generate new clients. You should have good communication skills, client centric attitude and entrepreneurial attitude with absolute focus on delivering targets and willingness to learn.

- You will work closely with the online marketing, statistics and mailing teams to improve processes and organisation. Creating marketing materials in your language. Brainstorm and test ideas to improve the development in your market.

The ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage the requirements of a rapid growth, start up business with a multi country approach is key as is a high degree of personal resilience, interpersonal skills and motivation.
